Storyboard Media’s CEO, Jeff Bowler (also known as Jeffrey Bowler), has been working in media executive roles in the entertainment industry for close to two decades. Among Jeff’s many accomplishments is founding a TV production company in NYC and Los Angeles called Foglight Entertainment. In previous roles, Bowler has operated business development and strategy for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) via its New Media Division, been the main contributor to FOX TV Studios’ development and production slate with 25+ TV shows picked up in a short time, and produced numerous feature films such as The Grand and Across The Hall.
Born and raised in New England, Jeff Bowler began his impressive career as a business development executive with Bandai, the world’s third largest toy company, in his early 20’s. Following a successful stint with the WWE, Jeff moved to Universal Studios where he became an independent film and TV producer, working on the feature films mentioned above.
When Mr. Bowler was hired to work at The Exchange, an international sales and finance/production company, he successfully bolstered the acquisitions and production department by expanding into higher profile films. Part of this effort was work on the Steve McQueen biopic and the acquisition of the Three Stooges franchise scheduled to reboot in 2017. During this time, Bowler also launched the firm’s TV department.
Further notable credits earned by Bowler include: executive producer of the series Celebrated (94 episodes which aired on Reelz 5 nights a week); producer of Unchained: The Untold Story of Freestyle Motorcross; executive producer of an MTV primetime special called CKY: The Greatest Hits; and executive producer of Wild Oats, starring Demi Moore. In 2016, Jeff will be producing and financing Jeepers Creepers 3.
Outside of his professional career, Bowler is a member of the Producers’ Guild of America and the Freemasons. Jeff spends much of his time raising his 4 kids on his own, as he has since his mid-20’s.
